If you are attempting to log in using an Apple product that is running on Safari as an internet browser this may be the cause of your issues. Due to the Unpredictable nature of Safari we strongly recommend logging in using another web browser such as Google Chrome or Firefox. 


Your username is your email address. 

 

If you do not remember your original password or have been locked out of your account you will be able to reset your password by Following these steps. 

1. Click on the link on the log in page that says "Having trouble signing in?". 

2. This will then bring you to a page asking for your username and email address. Once you enter this information an e-mail will be sent to you with a link. 

3. Click on the link which will bring you back to Power2Patient webpage. 

4. You will then need to successfully answer your security questions.

5. A page will then appear asking you to change your password. Please remember that passwords must be at least 8 characters long with lowercase letters and at least one number.
